3. Products. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product specifications may change as we improve our products.

4. Pricing and payment. All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and include any duties and taxes we cover. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Occasionally an error may result in a product being listed at an incorrect price — if this happens, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we decline, we'll refund you in full. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or placed for resale.

7. Intended use of Halo. Halo is a personal wellness and self-care device. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary between individuals. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have any medical condition, consult your physician or surgeon before use. Use Halo only as described in the instructions provided. Do not use it over open or healing incisions, broken skin, or areas where you have been advised not to apply pressure. If you experience pain, discomfort, or an adverse reaction, stop using it and seek medical advice.

8. Content on this site. Information on this site is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. It should not be relied on in place of guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
