PRIVACY POLICY
Who we are. This store is operated by Sub-Zero RR LLC ("RR", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored by us. When you browse the site we collect standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site — through cookies and similar technologies. If you sign up for emails, we collect your email address and any preferences you share with us.
Why we collect it. To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, handle returns and warranty claims, send you order updates, send marketing emails if you've opted in, improve our website and products, measure and improve our advertising, and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing platform, and analytics and advertising providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Advertising and analytics. We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including social media advertising platforms. These may set cookies and collect information about your visit to measure the performance of our ads and to show you relevant advertising on other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device or browser settings, or through the advertising platform's own settings.
Email marketing. If you subscribe, we'll send you product information and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing support@rrhub.store.
Cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work properly.
International transfers. We operate internationally and your information may be stored and processed in the United States, Australia, or other countries where our service providers operate.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as necessary to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@rrhub.store and we'll respond as required by law.
Security. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. Our products and site are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
